Notification
If you are unable to participate and wish to cancel your registration you must notify the race organisation by email to contact@ultratourmonterosa.com.
Cancellation
- until 30th April – 70% refund
- between 1st May and 30th June – 60% refund
- between 1st July and 31st July – 40% refund
- after 1 August ⇒ no refund
Stage Race accommodation
- until 21st July – 80% refund of the Stage Race accommodation fee (included in the total registration fee).
- from 22nd July – no refund
Please note:
- No exchange of race number is possible.
- Transfer between races is only allowed until 22 July, subject to conditions and after discussion with the race director.
- We are unable to offer the option to defer to a future edition of the race.
Pregnancy:
- We offer a 95% refund to the mother-to-be and a priority entry for a future edition of UTMR. Please notify us as soon as possible. Good luck!
Outstanding circumstances:
- We will always consider outstanding circumstances on an individual basis. Please note this is at the discretion of the race organisation and does not include changes in personal circumstances or personal injuries or accidents.
Refunds
- Your refund will be processed within 30 days of your request. You will receive a receipt from Kora Explore via stripe.com and the amount will be credited to your original payment card / account within 5-10 days.
Event cancellation
In case of event cancellation we offer a minimum refund of 60% registration up until 15 days prior to the race. A larger refund or deferral option may be offered depending on the date and circumstances of the cancellation. There will be no refund if the event is cancelled within 15 days of the event.
